Terms of Services

This Terms of Service Agreement (TOS) is a formal and legally binding agreement between Improsys.com (we, Company) and You, the service user (you, Subscriber). Use of our service constitutes an acceptance and agreement to the TOS in full.

Refund

We Request that You understand the Contact Importer requirements clearly before purchasing it. We will provide you with the same copy of Contact Importer that you see on our site. Therefore, we will not accept any complaints against our product after purchasing it. Please don't hesitate to ask us any questions before you purchase it, and you are also welcome to ask us any questions after purchasing it.

If you have the required components installed for Contact Importer, but the script does not work on your server, we will try to fix the issue within 72 hours. If our development team cannot fix your issue within 72 hours of informing us of the issue, then we will refund your payment fully, guaranteed.

Warranty

We will give you a warranty that our script will work, except in the case that hotmail.com, gmail.com, yahoo.com or aol.com implement such a technology so that no script can access their site from the outside.

Resell

You must not resell our application to anyone or to any company.

Limitations/License

Three site licenses are granted on each purchase of the products available within our website www.improsys.com. If you need to use any of our products on more than three sites, then you must purchase it again.
